• Leadership of the complete Merger/Acquisition process representing either seller or buyer:

  • Drawing-up the Information Memorandum for both the company on sale and for the buyer.

  • Setting-up the Data Room and conducting Due Diligence.

  • Drawing-up of final agreement documents (BO, NBO, SPA,…etc).

• Management and/or coordination of Post-Merger/Acquisitions.
