Bernard RETALI - CEO

Bernard Retali is the founder and CEO of INOV Group. He has twenty years experience in the financial sector and successfully completed a number of projects including M&A, strategy,preparation of business plans, marketing and sales improvement. Prior to launching INOV,Bernard held different CEO positions for Life end Non Life organizations. Bernard has a Phd dedicated to insurance (Diploma from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers) and a master in business law. He is Professor at the MBA of the University of Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona and holds different Board Member positions in Spain and abroad. He is fluent in six languages. 

Jean LOUDENOT - Partner

Jean Loudenot has fifteen years experience as a Finance Director for leading industries (Michelin, Plastic Omnium, FAG…) and Retail business (AS Watson from Honk Kong). He was an expatriate during thirteen years in Asia and coordinated operations across Europe, Asia and North America. Jean is graduated from Paris Dauphine in Finance.

Gabriela CALDERON - Sales and Operations Director

Gabriela Calderon is specialist in market intelligence. She carried out various studies about internationalization of private and public organizations such as COPECO, ONUDI France. Gabriela holds a MBA in Economic Sciences from the Bordeaux University, a master in international management from the University of Lima and is graduated from the University of Navarra (Spain).

Anne-Laure THEVENIN - Exclusive Consultant

Anne-Laure Thévenin is an exclusive consultant for INOV Finance. Anne-Laure participated in a number of projects and studies dedicated to insurance. She is a specialist in market studies in Spain and abroad and realised several researches for the insurance market (study about Long Term Care, Insurance products, distribution sales forces etc) and for other financial sectors. Before joining INOV, Anne-Laure worked for the largest Spanish Life insurance Company and for a major Financial Newspaper in Mexico, France and UK. Anne-Laure is graduated from the French Business School of Dijon.

Anne Bergier - Head of Marketing

Anne Bergier is responsible of the marketing and the development for INOV Insurance. She has coordinated various projects in marketing and communication in various multinationals companies.Anne is graduated from the French Business School of La Rochelle. She also holds a Master in Communication and Marketing and a Master in International Business from the Pompeu Fabra University (Spain).
